Hi, my name's Dr Warrick Bishop and welcome to my Healthy Heart Minute

We all wanna know how to prevent a heart attack. Well, there are some really important things, of course, things like keeping your blood pressure under control, keeping your weight under control and exercising regularly, good diet, definitely not smoking, avoiding diabetes or having that well treated if you are diabetic, imaging the arteries to be most precise.

I've actually put together a podcast that I've called The 10 Commandments to Heart Attack Prevention. If you wanna find out more about those, please check out the podcast that's linked to this video. I think you'll find it informative, and it is, I believe, gold for trying to prevent unexpected heart attack. Check it out.

I'm gonna wish you the very best. Take care and bye for now!
