Hi, my name's Dr Warrick Bishop. I'm a cardiologist and welcome to my Healthy Heart Minute.

What are the to-dos that you can put in place for your best heart health journey? One of the big to-dos that I really encourage people to follow through on is to make sure they carry an up-to-date list of their medications, with the doses and the timing of those medications. That can be life-saving, if for some reason you're taken to a hospital. Maybe you slip and fall in the mall and they whip you in, and if they don't know what medications you're on, you may not get the best healthcare. So, carrying a list, I believe, is one of the most valuable things you can do in regard to your best health journey.

I've had the chance to speak with Dr Alistair Begg, who's a colleague, a friend, and an esteemed cardiologist based in Adelaide.
